Renumber WBS

hello,
i created a wbs code. however, after deleting and moving tasks, the code is
no longer correct. in microsoft help, i found that you can renumber the wbs
code for the entire project.
but if i go in a task sheet view and i go to the project menu, wbs, i cannot
select renumber?
how can i solve this problem ? (i have a feeling this is an easy one...)

sorry,
i was working on an older version that did had no cutom wbs defined. when i
work on my newer version, with wbs code, i can renumber de tasks.
(is this the reason why it didn't work before?)
