Reports and excel

I need to take report information (eg milestones) and put them into excel
format for my team, I believe we go through the save as route and choose xls.
What is the proceedure?

Hi,

Yes, that is the way to save PROJECT information into Excel.
You cannot save Project's REPORTS though.
The procedure is (as always, more or less) self-explanatory; you have to map
the information you wnt to transfer to Excel.
