Resource Usage with Late Start

Could anyone tell me how to have the resource usage with late start in the
program? I had tried to do it with scheduling the project with finish date
but the result is quite confusing.

It's not clear what you are asking but it sounds like you are using
reverse scheduling (i.e. schedule from finish date). Indeed reverse
scheduling is much more challenging to interpret probably because most
of us find forward scheduling to be more natural. Unless you have some
driving need to use reverse scheduling where every task is scheduled to
be as late as possible, I suggest you switch to normal forward
scheduling. It's a whole lot less confusing and in my opinion, works a
whole lot better.
