Save as 2003 version (using 2007)

We use version 2003 in our office because our customer (a branch of the
government) has no plans to upgrad to 2007 and they need to receive the mpp
file as 2003. However we want to upgrade to 2007 and take advantage of the
new collaboration and financial control features internally. If we upgrade to
2007, will we be able to save our mpp files (and gen reports) so that they
are backward compatible with 2003?
