Save outlook '02 files to CD

I want to save Outlook files (as backup) to a CD in the
same format currently on my computer (contacts, journal,
email, calendar). How can I do that other than in a .pst
file?

Thank you.

"same format currently on my computer (contacts, journal, email, calendar). "

The format you are talking about is in a file with extension .pst. These things you mention occur nowhere else but in a pst file. So if you want to save "contacts, journal, email, calendar" then you must save your pst. Save it to CDR. What's the trouble?

Now you can convert some of these things to txt files or csv files. Which you can then import back into Outlook if you choose. But that is not the format they are in now on your computer.
