Saving a document after corrections

You have to use Save as and manually save to the floppy

After I have made corrections on a document which is on my hard drive and on
a 3 1/2 how do I get the corrections to save on the 3 1/2? When I select
save, it only makes the corrections on the hard drive copy not on the 3

Using windows Explorer drag and drop a copy from the hard drive to the
floppy.
