I'm using MS project to plan more small projects (each containing 5 tasks).
I'm using one MS project file to do it and each project is represented as
task with 5 subtasks. These projects are not related to each other. Tasks
withing the projects are linked but not with tasks in different projects. I
assigned resources to each task but then I got warning (when assigning the
resource to one of these subtasts) saying that there is a scheduling
conflict, etc. The problem is that the conflict was between two subtasks that
are not linked at all. Does anybody of you the same experience? Any help?
Thanks
