I'm using Outlook 2000 with Word as my email editor. I notice that
occasionally, when I send an email, I do not get the prompt to send as HTML
or as Plain Text. Most of the time I do get the prompt. Why would this
behavior be erratic? And what formatting transmits when I don't get the
prompt?
