Sending Excel Attachment

I was wondering if you can send only one of the
worksheets (tabs) from excel through outlook without
sending the whole file or copying the tab to a new file
by itself and then sending it. Can it be done? If so can
you please help me?

Joe, in Excel/Outlook 2000, if you open the Excel workbook and select File >
Send to > Mail Recipient, Excel will ask if you want to send the whole thing
as an attachment or just the current worksheet as the message body.
