I have a recurring monthly email list (it will be 200+ in a few weeks) and
have two questions. Currently, I have 41 email address and 41 Excel
spreadsheets (updated monthly). Each spreadsheet is unique and is sent to
its corresponding email address. I'd like to send them all at one time, but
haven't been able to do that (highlighting all and clicking Send/Receive
didn't work, nor did moving them to the Outbox). We currently have Outlook
2003 on Exchange.
Question 1 - is there a way to send multiple emails with a single Send?
Question 2 - is there a way to set up a file or macro with the list of email
addresses and the corresponding Excel file to help automate this process?
