Several Outlook Issues

Hey guys,
I am after some support for MS Outlook 2003 on a MS Exchange network. The users all use Terminal Services.
These are my problems:

1. User cannot delete particular email. - There is a user that has one email from his inbox that cannot be deleted. When you try to delete it, a message comes up saying: 'The item could no be deleted. it was either moved or already deleted or access was denied". I have tried numerous things but with no success.

2. Users signature image no displaying correctly. - One user has a problem with his signature. He has setup the same signature for 'new messages' and 'replies and forwards'. In that signature there is a small image. When he creates a new email, the image is displayed fine. But when he replies and forwards emails, the image is sometimes and sometimes not displayed. I have made sure the email is being sent in HTML, opposed to Plain Text. But the issue is still there.

3. Archive looking for archive.pst in the wrong place. - This is an issue amoungst several users. When they start up their outlook, a message comes up stating that archive.pst cannot be found in C:\documents and settings\etc etc etc. This is fair enough, because archive.pst is not located in that directory, it is located where we have specified, in 'tools > options > other > autoarchive > move old items to'. This is an ongoing issue, you can solve the problem by browsing to the right directory after the error comes up, but once you log off and log on again, the issue is still present.

Any help is much appreciated.
Cheers

Define "numerous things". Did you try a new mail profile?

Since Outlook always replies using the format of the original message, the
settings you have chosen on the Mail Format tab of Outlook's Options doesn't
come into play. In the compose window, click the Format menu and look at
what the format of the message is.

Every folder can override the PST location in the AutoArchive settings, so
perhaps one folder has a different value set. Do you have your mail profile
configured to display the archive fodlers in the Navigation Pane?
