Shapes are locked for connecting

Hello
Attached is a Visio 2003 Test sheet.
In this sheet, there I can no longer connect to the shapes.
I have not set any attribute or property!?
Last time I edited this sheet, closed it, and today I open it, and could no
longer connect!

Please help me to find out why I cannot connect?

Somehow you've turned off glue.
Menu Tools --> Snap and Glue
and tick Glue in the Currently Active section.
