So 12.1.9 is out, references Web Services

So apparently 12.1.9 is out today and it says it is a prerequisite for Entourage Web Services...does this mean EWS will finally ship sometime soon?

At the bottom of the page you reference, it says:

Edition beta. We have reached our capacity for beta participants,
and are no longer accepting applications. We want to thank our
customers for their excitement and feedback for this product.
