Good afternoon,
I have searched, so now I'm posting...
We have ~8 PWA users out of 300+ who's time disappears from their
timesheets, after they've submitted or saved their time for any given
period. The amount of time remaining will still display and is reduced
by the amount of time that the user entered. Entered time is displayed
as "zeros." Even their past submitted time is shown as "zeros."
They can go to another PC and their entered time for all past periods
displays correctly.
I can enter time on my PC and it displays correctly, but when I logon
to one of those PCs, it's all "zeros" as well.
I have done all of the normal/routine troubleshooting (reloaded CAL,
deleted cookies, etc, etc). Checked for unsupported software and all
that. They have and use many of the same apps that exist all over our
environment.
Can someone please tell me where I can find more info on what I can
try? I am actually going to rebuild a PC from scratch and reload apps
until one of them causes the issue again. But, if the issue does not
reappear, I will still not know what the root cause is.
Thank you very much for any info/suggestions you can provide.
