System32 folder opens when opening attachments in Outlook 2000.

I can get around this by setting the permissions on the C: drive to have
authenticated users full control, however our security people say this is
unacceptable. Does anyone know of the folder or file that I need to open the
permissions for or the registry settings I need to change? Thanks!
