Task based on percentage

hey,
I would like to set the baseline under which I would like to specify that
one of the tasks should compelete its 60% in 2 days and if 70% of it finishes
in 2 days then it should show that in the tracking gannt.

The only way to do this is to enter hours that should be done on a day by
day basis in the task or resource usage views.Update the assignment with
actual hours per day and duration gets adjusted to suit. This in turn shows
up on the tracking gantt view.
