Task dependency

Is it possible for MS project to calculate a task dependency both up and down
linked tasks. For this example, there are a few manufacturing steps which
are linked. They want to know what the impact on the schedule is if any of
the time of the tasks change.

Task A - 10 minutes
Task B - 20 minutes
Task C - 15 minutes
Task D - 5 minutes

If tasks A, B, C, and D are all linked, if C takes 30 minutes, can Project
calculate the impact both on A, B and D? I understand it can flow down to D.
Can it flow up to A & B?

Hi,

It does, because what you see in Start is Actually early start.
Look at Late Start and Late finish, they are calculated the way you ask for.
Hope this helps,

What kind of impact would it have? Change task starts? Change task
duration? You question doesn't provide enough information for a meaningful
answer.
