1. How do you create a field with a popup list like the Status field does?

2. Why doesn't someone viewing my task list from their computer not "see"
the same thing that I have on my machine? I've created new custom fields,
but also have added premade fields as well. Is there a way to transfer the
task setup from one computer to another?

1) Not supported.

2) Is this another Exchange user? Did you create a custom view on the Tasks
folder with the scope "on this folder visible to everyone"?
