Task Reminder notification - 100% completed tasks

In Project and PWA tasks assigned to (dual) resources are showing 100%
completed but the resources continue to receive email notifications stating
the tasks need progress updates. When looking at individual resource hours
remaining work is still showing even though the task completion is showing
100%.

IE...
Under RESOURCES / Adjust Actual / Individual Person for a project shows:
Work = 8 hrs, Remaining Work = 8 hrs, % Work Complete = 0

Under PROJECTS / Individual Project shows
All tasks as 100% complete

I'm having a hard time understanding why the tasks are showing 100% complete
in one place and remaining work in another. How can I fix this so the
resource no longer recieves the email notifications? Help!

Okay, the resource is getting a notification because the task is not complete.

Using percent = 100 (Percent Complete or Percent Work Complete) doesn't stop
the system from sending e-mails.

"Remaing work" needs to be set to "0" (zero). Then the task is complete.
Have the resource or the project manager set "Remaing work" to zero.

Hello,

We are seeing the same thing, email notification are being generate for
compelted task with zero remaining work. Any solution?

In addition email notifications are being genereated for tasks where the
finsh date was moved out 30 days (org. finish 7/11 new 8/11) yet the team
member's email notification still indicated the task is overdue or incomplete.

Thanks for any assistance.
