the account synchronize between PWA accounts & project site accounts

hi,all
One of the features of EPM is every project can be create and bound to a
new project site(sharepoint site).
in the " Site provisioning settings ",it said :
======================================
Grant user access to the project team Web sites.

Automatically add Project Web Access users to project team Web
site when SharePoint site is created or when the project manager publishes
the project information to Project Server.

Note:

a.. Project managers who have published this project or who
have Save Project permission on this project are added into a site group
called Project Manager (Project Server).
b.. Team members with assignments in this project are added
into a site group called Team Member (Project Server).
c.. Other Project Server users with View Project Document and
Issues permission on this project are added into a site group called Reader
(Project Server).

so i created a new MPP and publish to the project server, but
when i get into the sharepoint site, no users but the windows local user
have been added to this site.
so my question is: how to synchronize the 2 accounts?
how the project user accounts be bound to sharepoint site
users(AD users)?

In PWA there is an option in
Admin\SharepointServices\ManageSharepointSite to 'Synchronize' which
will set up the users, also on the WSS site in the Risks, Issues and
Documents lists there is an option to 'Synchronize with Project Server'
