The left bottom slide bar of outlook

Is it possible to add entities to the left bottom slide bar?
And exchange the outlook "Tasks" folder to my "Task" folder?

Slide bar? You mean the Navigation Pane? No, you can't change that. You can
add shortcuts to the Shortcuts section and that's about it.

I mean the left pane you have "Mail", Tasks", "Calendar","Contacts"...Buttons.
I know I can exchange the outlook "Tasks" button to my "Tasks", and buttons
from this pane, but why I can't add a new one????

Why can't you add a new one? Because MS didn't set it up that way.

The Navigation Pane is kept in XML but any attempt to modify the XML more
often than not will either corrupt the pane completely or just be ignored by
it. Even in Outlook 2007, where you have some object model access to the
pane you still can't add to it the way you want.
