Hi,
I have the files for our website on a local drive that I update now and
then using Front Page. I would like to give another person access to
these files so that they can update them, also, so I shared the drive
(domain security) with the proper permissions but when they try to open
the folder in Front Page 2000 they get a series of errors stating:
The server "" timed out. The current request did not complete
successfully.
Is this a general problem with FP and network drives or am I missing
something. I have tried this from several computers with the same
results. Importing the files locally and opening them works but I'd
rather have just one master copy that people work from rather than having
multiple versions around.
