Tracking units of sales over time

I need to be able to track actual sales of units for a quarter compared to a baseline of desired sales pace over that quartero (or quarters). It's not like tracking performace of a typical task say framing a house, where you normally say that the framing would take x days, and you enter start and finish dates (projected and actual).

Hi,

I do that for my own little business and I use the Cost fields for that.
Unfortunately, in the Timescamed views the label cannot be changed to
"Revenue" but that's a deatil: it gives me the info I need.
