Troubleshoot "Customize Outlook Today"

When I click on "Customize Outlook Today" it does not open. I believe this
occurred after I clicked on the pop up box at start up reference "outlook is
associated to a web page" I don't remember whether I clicked "yes" or "no"
but I do know that I clicked "don't show this box again". Thank you for your
assitance.
