Truncation when exporting from access 97 to Office word 2k

I have a small issue. For some reason Word 2k is truncating the data that I
export from access 97. Can some one help me with this??

How are you exporting the data to Word? Are you inserting a database
field in a Word document? Are you exporting the Access data as text?
