Unable to display the folder

Paul

I'm currently using Outlook 2002 with Time Warner Road
Runner. Today when I tried to access my Inbox I received
the following message: "Unable to display the folder". I
can open the other folders, but not this one. Any
suggestions?

Try opening Outlook one time with the /resetfolders switch.

I have the same problem as Paul...trying to open OUtlook 2002 on RoadRunner..get message "C:\Windows\outlook.pst is in use and cannot be accessed." I cannot open any folder...not Inbox, nor Calendar, etc. I read your response to Paul's question but I don't understand what to do ..can you be a little more specific? Thanks.

Some other program on your PC has your Personal Folders file (outlook.pst)
open for exclusive access. You need to find that program and shut it down
before Outlook will be able to open it.
