Unable To Publish - Frontpage 2003

Hi,
When trying to publish I get a Frontpage error. My ISP tells me that I have a firewall problem. I use both ZoneAlarm and
Windows Live OneCare. I've checked the setting and see no problem. Even when I close the Windows firewall. Any ideas?
