Unable to save attachments

Hi,

I am unable to save attachments in Outlook 2000 SP3.
Every time I try to save the attachment, I receive an
error:

Outlook cannot save the URL to a file. Can't find this
file. Make sure the path and file name are correct.

Any ideas? Thanks!
