Unblocking emails with MS Access attachments

I have successfully received email with MS Access file attachments via
Outlook Express. I recently changed to Outlook and identical emails are
blocked. I can't find a solution to this problem and would welcome any
suggestions. I am using Outlook 2002.

The Regedit route seems to be effective. If so this is very helpful and a
great relief
