Uninstall an update

There was an email update that was applied to our outlook 2000 pro that we didn't want applied due to the hindering fact of it causing a pop up to pop up when we were sending an email from another program through outlook. We did not want this applied and would like to uninstall it is there a way we can do that?

It's the e-mail security update or Service Pack 3, right? What program are
you mailing from?

Anyway; you can not uninstall it. Uninstall Office completely and install it
again and apply the previous installed hotfixes.
