URL links in emails not working properly

All of a sudden, when I click on URL links that arrive in my emails, IE opens
with the add-ons disabled. Many of the functions of the website do not work,
and I have to reopen it by pasting the URL. What happened, and how can I fix
this?

make it 12 am - 12 am in his time zone. the dates will cover 2 days ie,
5/13 12 am to 5/14 12 am CT.
