Where several staff work on an activity, within a single project, I wish to
show their individual (variable) durations. Presently to identify an
individual, I am using a separate line for each name, which is impractical
when transferred to show all projects - using such resources.
Is there another way to show individual resource requirements on same
activity?
I wish to produce a forward plan for each individual, which will highlight
their unallocated time and thus availability for use on other projects.
I would also like the software to add up total resources required each week
(cf Excell).
Any help for this novice user would be welcome
