Video loops and text over it

I want to have a video loop going with text over it. The text will appear
then disappear when the loop begins. Can someone tell me how to get the loop
to go and still have the text showing?

Video will always play in front of everything except control toolbox
objects. You can only control these with vba not animations so unless you use
vba it probably won't do what you need. Also the text will not have a
transparent background

What we mormally do is add the text to the video itself. This is not too
hard and requires no extra sofyware (as long as you have Windows XP of later)
