Any Ideas how to fix this?

Two steps to confirm:
1. Are these videos played well on other machines?
2. Are these videos palyed well by Microsoft Media Player?

If "yes",please check if these videos are too high-demension to be
handled by PowerPoint rendering engine.

Hope this can help!

Ron,

Are you displaying the video at the same size it is originally or have you
"stretched" it on the slide?

The MCI rendering engine PowerPoint uses is much less efficient than Windows
Media Player (WMP). I usually resolve this issue by inserting a WMP control
on the slide and pointing it to the movie. However, the slide can't tell
when it ends and advance automatically so you have to manually time the
slide to correspond with the movie clip.

I stretched it! The original videos played fine in the Power Point.
What we did was dubbed different Audio to one. The other video was
about 5 minutes long and we just shortened it!

When I put the new videos in thats when they got messed up!
