Viewing permissions for large group of people for selected project

I need to make certain projects viewable to our entire office or select
people when only a handfull will be assigned tasks. Is it possible to alter
permissions so that everybody can view these particular projects and not the
rest of our projects?

Hello delphi875,

Are you using Project Server? If so, your question would best be asked on
the Project Server Newsgroup. If you post there, please tell them what
version of Project and Project Server (including service pack information.)

If you are not using Project Server, you could place the projects you want
everone to view into a network folder that all of your users have permission
to view. Place your more "confidental" projects into a restricted access
network folder.
