Want to keep original time stamp of messages

I want to keep the original date (time stamp?) of messages when copying them into a Windows folder. This would help a lot in sorting *.msg files archived in document folders. Unfortunately Windows puts the date of copy instead. How can I change the date of *.msg files in a Wondows folder?
