wanting to add a pop up!!!

yes I know they are not what we all want, but this page will be a feed back
page and I would like to have it come up ONCE only, I have done this once
and can not find the link I had that showed me how to do it, I know it has
something to do with...


onload.....

but can not remember anymore than this at the moment.

Also realise that (automatic) popups are a dying breed.
So many client side programs are built to stop the display of these windows.
Offer a link for the user to participate in a survey as well.
