Weird header info displaying when I send a publisher file

When I email a publisher document, there is what looks like a header with
random letters showing up in my html email. Does anyone know where this
comes from? For instance, I did this yesterday and it showed:

ko__________________________________________________________

<<<publisher document>>>

- there have been other initials showing up from other users also.

Any advice?
