Word XP

I'm trying to make a template word document and then fill
out the check marks and radio buttons every time I run the
darn thing. However, every time I hit the temple to fill
it out the design mode comes on and I can't hit the
checkboxes unless I turn it off manually each time. I've
tried to turning it off and then saving it but that
doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

In Tools | Macros | Security, change the security level from High to Medium.
When you open the document you may be asked to Disable or Enable macros --
answer Enable. (The check boxes and radio buttons are ActiveX controls that Word
considers to be security risks like macros. High security level disables macros
and forces the document into Design mode.)
