What happens if you enable folder redirection and offline files

What happens if you enable folder redirection and offline files with the My
Documents folder and the Desktop and those same folders are used under
grrove's system?

I don't know what the situation is. If possible, let me know the following
points:

1. Do you mean that you set "My Documents" folder as a FileSharing workspace
in Groove?
2. How do you enable folder redirection and offline files?

I am using WIndows Active Directory Group Policy, and setting the My
Documents folder and the Desktop Folder as redirected folders to a network
share. I made that network share offline cacheable.

So i am wondering, if someone is using groove and making their my documents
folder a part of their groove sync space, how will the two interact.
