What is going on with my Publisher?

Brad

My publisher which is 2003 has completely quit printing more than 1 page. I
can set it to print 3 or 100 and it will still only print 1. the weird thing
is that it kinda gradually stopped. Also what it started doing was It would
print fine in black & white but in Color it wouldn't print but 1. I print a
ton of tri folds and it got to only printing 3 at the most while a single
sheet in publisher would print fine then now all publisher publications will
only print 1 sheet. Any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated. I'm
completely dumfounded.

Have you checked with the manufacturer's web site for an updated printer driver?

Here in my office we are all Networked, and I can print the same publication
from another computer and it will do just fine. So if has to be either my
computer or my publisher software. I've triple checked all my settings and if
I print in Word it is just fine. I almost resorted to upgrading but I would
like to trying every angle before paying $169 for a new publisher that was
working just fine then all a sudden this happens.

Thank you for your suggestions

It still is a printer problem. You need to look at the settings on your local
drive. Do you have the driver installed? Is it current? If this publication is
printing correctly from other computers then it is the driver not the program
that is the issue.
I would re-install the driver if it is current. It is always best to completely
remove the driver before installing/re-installing.

Not a Publisher issue.

If your printer is an HP, go to the the "Device Settings" tab under
"Proprieties", scroll down to "Mopier Mode" and male sure it is disabled.

My Mopier paper handling mode is enabled, I have no issues with Publisher
printing. This feature shouldn't all the sudden quit working for the poster. If
the publication prints on the other networked computers then the problem is a
corrupted or out dated driver.
