Where are the email accounts & rules kept?

I had to rebuild my PC and reload Office XP. I still
have my .pst file, but how can I recover the six email
accounts and the rules (or filters) I had already setup
in my system? FYI - I copied & stored the old Office
program folders, just in case the answer may be there.

Nothing in Import leads me to think it would be done
there.

The accounts are kept in the Registry and if you rebuilt your hard drive,
they're gone. If you use Exchange, rules are kept in the mailbox on the
Exchange server and in the PST. Without Exchange, they should be in the
PST.
