why no "Link Data to Shape" in Visio 2007 trial?

My 'trial' version of Visio 20007 looks like 2003. Not the same tool bar as
my licensed other Office products. One specific feature called out in the
online lessons is the subject line above. "About" says it's 2007, but I
wonder... any clues?

Thanks very much, John. I intended to trial the professional version, but
perhaps didn't. I checked the "about" statement and it said "Professional"
but I'm going to uninstall and try to download and install the professional
trial again.

The UI for 2007 is the same (or at least similar) to 2003. The new ribbon
UI for 2007 only went into Word, Excel and PowerPoint + parts of Outlook.
Other applications in the Office family such as Visio and Project retain the
old commandbars approach.

I think I may have misunderstood your initial question. Are you saying you
couldn't find the Link Data to Shapes function? In Professional it's under
the Data menu.

Best regards

Everything is A-OK now. I must have downloadd the std version the first
time. Thank you for the help.
