I am using Publisher to create my webpage. For that page I need to have a
form that customers can enter data on and e-mail it to me using a
\<form method="post" action="\cgi-bin\mailform.pl"> script provided by the
site host.
Everytime I try to test the form I get a 404 error, (page not found and
allthat rubbish) The site host suggests that I need 'Frontpage extensions'
on the server, which they can add for free but the drawback is that I cannot
then use Publisher to FTP my site and I don't want to lose that option.
So, is there a method to get forms created with Publisher to work with out
Frontpage extensions? or Is there another tool that I can use to embed a form
into the Publisher file and FTP it?
