Word (and Outlook) File List Sequence

When I go to open a document from a file in Word, or when I go to attach a
file in Outlook, my list of files is no longer alphabetical. It's a
seemingly random sequence! I don't konw what happened to effect the change,
but it sure is frustrating! Any help?

In Details view, you can click on a column heading to sort by that property
(Name, Modified Date, Size, etc.).
