Working with Excel spreadsheets in powerpoint

I have created worksheets in powerpoint and when I modify them they do not
show all the columns to the right. I can open, make changes than it goes
back and covers the columns up....help.

Its sounds like you have the right side cropped out - like in a picture. If
that's the case try this:

Click once on the chart so it is hightlighted (not opened to edit mode). In
your picture tool bar, find the crop tool. Click on it. With the crop tool
active, click on the right border of your chart and drag it to the right.
