I have downloaded an update for XP, but every time my
computer goes to install this update, an error message
comes up. Therefore, I have been unable to make use of
the update. I get no reference number or message other
than the fact that the install was not able to complete
itself.
Does anyone know what the problem might be, or have any
clues as to how this might be fixed?
