2003 - "help" problem

I push the little blue help question mark to try and get
to the help and it keep staking me out to the online
help - I just want the old fashion help lookup tool

How do I get to it and how do I change help default to go
to the old table of contents

For the love of God I want my OLD help back

I just want to go to index - good old fashion offline
index - why must Mr. Gates - pull this crap on we simple
common user's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
