I am using Outlook 2002. When I receive in an e-mail with
an attachmentment, I try and to save it. I click "save as"
and the screen opens up with the "my documents" folder in
the drop down box. If I try to click on the "my documents"
drop down box, it locks up Outlook. When I get back into
it, I click on the "desktop" icon on the left side of the
page and I can save it with no problems. All other
applications work fine with the drop down box except
Outlook. I ran a scanpst on the pst file but it did not
find any problems. I tried again after running the scanpst
and the same problem occurs. I tried saving different type
of file extensions, but it locks up regardless of the file
type.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
