Attachments in Outlook

Im using Outlook 97 and when I recieve an attachment there
is no image of it, all I get is a blank square box instead
of the usual image of a Word doc,excel etc.

I have tried adding in the 'attachment included' formula
but this didn't work.

Any ideas?
